Because this site addresses businesses in the European Union, the processing described here follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regardless of where the company is registered.

What is collected and why

Enquiry form: name, company, email address, country, product categories, the format you are interested in, and your message. Used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Security data: IP address, browser type and request times are processed to deliver the site, limit abusive requests and protect the enquiry form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Audience statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you click them, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain.

How long data is kept

Enquiries are kept for 24 months after the last contact and then deleted. Security logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Service providers

Personal data is processed on behalf of Krutt LLC by: Hostinger (server hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and analytics), Resend (delivery of form notifications) and Zoho (mailbox). Each acts under a data processing agreement.

Some providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@bulatoff.com; you will get an answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Automated decisions

No decisions about you are made by automated means, and no profiling takes place.
